I was going for a derelict space station feeling with this model. I made a hangar bay door that is clearly old and has been exposed to the vacuum of space for some time. The door was made solely using Probooleans inside 3ds Max. I have never used that technique for modeling hard surface items and was curious as to what kind of result I could get. There are approximately 18 operands active on both doors, with a combined polygon count of 30k. I brought that down from 3 million by using decimation master inside of Zbrush.
